About the Summit
Leadership Susquehanna Valley and the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce are happy to be hosting the 2019 PA Leadership Programs Summit. This is a state-wide summit (although it is not restricted to only PA leadership programs).
If a large part of leadership is collaboration, have you ever wondered why your local program operates independently from the 50 other adult leadership programs based in PA that have essentially the same mission? This is your chance to connect with those programs, inspire, and realize the positive impact that can result from sharing common opportunities, challenges, and best practices.
The Summit will Include:
Keynote Speaker - Colonel Paul Oh, U.S. Army War College - “Lessons on Leadership from the Army’s Mission Command Philosophy”
“What we do best!” - Participating program representatives will present a successful and replicable feature of their program.
Break out Sessions - Join other programs with similar demographics for small group discussion.
“How do you handle…” - Hear about how other programs address particular challenges that your program is currently facing.
